Job Title

We are looking for a friendly and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a courteous and efficient manner. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve prompt resolution and satisfaction. Build strong relationships and trust with customers through active listening and clear communication. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and resolve issues. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers using the appropriate tools and resources. Follow company policies and procedures for customer service and communication. Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers. Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Follow up on delinquent accounts and manage the collections process. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries. Process credit card payments and handle payment arrangements. Communicate with customers to address payment-related issues and provide outstanding customer service. Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable activities Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer billing issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Requirements:

Proven customer service experience or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
