Your New Role 

As our Compliance Team Manager, you will lead our compliance team to ensure effective implementation of compliance programs and initiatives. Your role is crucial in maintaining a culture of compliance within our organization. You'll provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring they uphold regulatory standards and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of compliance field technicians, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Understand state regulations as they pertain to above-ground and underground storage tanks.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for clients.
  • Work directly with state agencies.
  • Investigate compliance issues, incidents, and breaches, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with clients while managing their expectations and requests.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities on compliance status and initiatives.
