Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Quality Assurance to join our team at GxPeople Global. The successful candidate will lead the overall quality strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement across quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure alignment with customer agreements, company policies, and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Quality Assurance staff and collaborate closely with internal teams to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Track and report on quality metrics, including deviation trends, for senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for quality.
  • Manage lot release and disposition activities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years in quality operations.
  • 6+ years in a commercial manufacturing environment working with cell therapy or biologics.
  • Experience with FDA inspections.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
