Risk Management Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated insurance professional with a college degree, or relevant work experience, and a minimum of three years’ experience in insurance. The position includes working from the Client’s office a minimum of three days per week or as directed by Client and HUB.
Responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of all policies-Client’s office:
Issue COI and EPI (evidence of property), timely; Provide COIs and related information to requesting parties as needed and approved by Client; Review invoices and submit for approval and payment from Client; Label and save policies, endorsements, renewal info, and invoices on Client’s server; Gather information from Client -Provide underwriting information for renewals and new business placement: Applications. Update/maintain Schedule of Locations & Values. Update/maintain mortgagee schedule. Premium allocations. Financing agreements-oversee timely payment. Track all payments. Property Damage claims – Obtain report and claims information from Client, and report to HUB, track status, coordinate & support process with Property Management/Client. All other claims- reporting of claims will be handled by the client.Day-to-day responsibilities-Insurance program placed by Property Managers:
Obtain COI and EPI from Risk Manager (RM); Obtain invoices, if needed from RM; Review Mortgagee schedule with Client and provide information to RM; Follow up for changes, and update the Client’s server; Property damage claims- help client with reporting and or informationOther requirements:
Ordering loss runs, if necessary, for HUB’s use; Ability to put together a loss summary; Process endorsements, when necessary; Process invoices, when necessary; Maintain documents in EPIC when appropriate unless it is for Client use only; Advanced Excel skills-Must be able to create complex spreadsheets- tables, graphs, calculations, efficiently process large quantities of data. Communicate with department manager and Senior Account Executive; Comply with HUB’s policies, procedures and privacy guidelines; Comply with Client’s policies, procedures and privacy guidelines;The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
