Role Description
This is a full-time role, located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Lead Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Department stores and Specialty Stores. Must have relationships with upper management. Contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, client relationship building, and business development
Strong organizational and project management skills
Develop financial budgets by product category ensure gross margin goals are achieved on a quarterly an annual basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8- 10 years of experience in sales, merchandising or account management, from the contemporary market. You should have a deep understanding of the sales cycle
Strong knowledge of product developing
You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Travel to accounts, and trade shows as necessary
Skills
8-10 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with accounts
Bachelor degree in fashion business, marketing or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office, and Nu Order
