Job Description


The Technology Partnership Enablement will be instrumental in helping Client’s technology partnership partners succeed in our partner program. They will provide the technology partner ecosystem with the tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate the partner’s understanding of the steps to building a successful partnership with Client.

This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management, as well as a proven track record in driving and executing enablement and training programs. Excellent project management and broad execution capabilities will be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a software SaaS environment, with an ability to obtain a strong knowledge of our workflow offerings.

A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of education and enablement initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.


What we are asking of you in this role:


Own the execution and implementation of assigned enablement programs with a strong sense of accountability

Provide day-to-day event planning, preparation and project management for enablement programs

Effectively utilize technology and automation systems to develop, manage and track event project timelines and related tasks

Oversee the creation and maintenance of online components of enablement plans to include registration forms, event web pages, surveys, etc.

Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently

Leverage assets from - and partner with - other Client organizations to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development

Establish steady cadences of learning and engagement events for partners

Produce metrics reporting – and provide insight and impact of initiatives.

Analytical capability to understand key trends across the technology platform partner community, and work with the partner leaders to establish plans that will help drive partner enablement


Qualifications


To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily

5+ years' communications or engagement experience within a large multinational enterprise organization

Adept at planning and executing program engagement strategies

Exceptional ability to translate information into simple, clear, consistent communications and engagement targeting audiences

Experienced in SharePoint content creation, Excel, MS Forms and PowerPoint creation and maintenance

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated multi-tasker and great team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a remote, highly collaborative environment

Expert in communicating messaging in a crisp and succinct way


The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and skills:


5+ years' experience in sales enablement preferably in the SAAS space

Experience in sales or sales leadership with a SAAS, technology or other intangible product line a plus

Experience developing and deploying global enablement programs at scale for multiple personas

Tech-savvy; strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, CRM and/or AMS platforms, event registration systems, and online applications

Strong eye for design, making complex training concepts come alive in a simple and consumable format

Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, analytical, presentation abilities, and strong business acumen

Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
