Partnerships Lead

Uncountable is seeking a head of partnerships to own the function as we grow. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the entire scope of the partnership function – sourcing new partners, both directly and through marketing material, managing existing partners, and partners you bring end, and recommending an overall partnership strategy. You will report directly to the founding team.
This role is a combination of sales, marketing, and relationship building – Initially you will be the only member of the partnerships team. We have a small number of existing partners who you will manage the relationship with, but as the leader of the team we expect you to grow our partner base and find the right fit for working with our world class product and team. Through the partnerships you find, we expect to grow our sales base, and to have implementation assistance based on the partners unique area of expertise, such as a geographical region or subject matter.
This is a great role for someone looking to take ownership of their work and to operate in a startup environment. The role will be fully responsible for the output of the partnership function at Uncountable, and provides an great chance to grow with the company– your scope will be limited only by the amount of great partners you bring in for our team to work with.
Relevant Experience, Skills, and Preferences
Experience in the Research and Development space, either working directly for, or with companies doing industrial
Desire to interact in a sales like role, where you will be responsible for building relationships and sourcing new partners
Comfort self-starting and operating in an entrepreneurial environment where you will have to take full ownership of results.
Comfort with 25% travel to meet and engage with partners
