Business Execution: Covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant large scale and cross organizational business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.
  • Provide direction to cross functional teams using business expertise.
  • Inform and influence sponsors and key stakeholders, senior, and executive leadership to promote success of change initiative, its performance and prioritization.
  • Complete quality reviews, ensuring compliance with ADA and brand standards on distributed content.
  • Conduct education sessions and workshops for learners on-site or virtually.
  • Assist managers with coaching and developing junior level team members.
  • Incorporate regular and appropriate consultation with steering committees, oversight groups, executive leadership, sponsors, product manager/leaders, business, and other stakeholders to validate change initiative's success viability, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with business analytics and reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead education sessions and workshops for learners on-site or virtually.
  • Superior customer service, business consulting, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
