Our client, a global company is looking to add a compliance manager to their team. The company has a strong emphasis on work/life balance and mentorship. 

Position: 
- Manage workflow and review workpapers of internal control analysts 
- Open due to internal promotion 
- Manages two direct reports 

Company: 
- Global manufacturing, retail, and logistics company 
- Strong work/life balance, typical weeks less than 40 hours 
- Hybrid 2/3 day split 
- Strong PTO and holidays 

Target Candidate 
- Exposure to audit and/or control environment (JSOX or SOX a plus) 
- Experience managing and mentoring a team 
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
