Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pest Control Operations Manager / Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service representatives, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and driving sales growth through effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective lead management strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
