Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategy of our clients’ SEM and Shopping activities across multiple engines/platforms Ensuring proper integration of SEM and Shopping within PMG’s wider services to maximize results and service experience for our clients Overseeing the performance, analyze trends to see threats and opportunities, and working with the team to optimize programs to improve results Identifying growth opportunities, presenting ideas to clients, and working with the team to implement Implementing initiatives to ensure client’s goals are met while overseeing execution of daily account management tactics Creating and fostering key partner relationships so PMG is always at the forefront of tools and opportunities Communicating strategy and campaign updates to clients via weekly calls, emails and in-person meetings, including to top client executives Supporting strategic relationships on the client-side; engaging in high level business and strategy conversations to ensure SEM and Shopping is helping to drive their business forward Developing overarching account strategy and ensuring day-to-day projects drive toward it Managing media mix and monitoring performance, ensuring client deliverables and goals are being met

Skills & Experience 

10+ years of related work experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience High level of emotional intelligence Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong team player Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
