Position Purpose:

El/La Ejecutivo/a Nacional de Ventas (NAE) será responsable de impulsar el aumento de los ingresos por ventas mediante la identificación y ejecución de oportunidades de negocio de cuentas empresariales y/o hospitalarias con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas asignados a su área. Se centrará principalmente en el crecimiento en nuevos clientes mediante la identificación de nuevos clientes potenciales y proporcionará soluciones clínicas completas y adecuadas para impulsar el crecimiento de facturación en clientes ya existentes.

Key Job Activities:

Debe presentar, promocionar y vender el servicio Stericycle a clientes potenciales nuevos y antiguos mediante la identificación de nuevas oportunidades. Asistirá a citas de ventas concertadas previamente o no y su fin es la obtención de nuevos contratos. Debe además gestionar las relaciones con los clientes nacionales dentro de la cartera y/o región asignada para aumentar los ingresos de la cartera de acuerdo con las expectativas de la empresa.

Se usará un CRM como SFDC o similar y otros sistemas informáticos definidos por la empresa para gestionar eficazmente los proyectos, informar de la actividad, realizar un seguimiento de las ventas, enviar contratos a los clientes, concertar citas y comunicarse tanto interna como externamente de forma profesional.

La persona en este puesto trabajará en estrecha colaboración con compañeros/as del equipo comercial locales, nacionales e internas, con el equipo de liderazgo de ventas y marketing, así como con las responsables operaciones regionales, servicios al cliente, IT y otros miembros del equipo para mejorar la oferta de servicios disponible para clientes nuevos y existentes.

Debe asistir a las reuniones y formaciones internas totalmente preparado con los datos actuales pertinentes sobre las oportunidades del mercado, fomentando una actitud de ventas positiva y profesional en la oficina y en las llamadas para garantizar que se mantengan los altos niveles exigidos por Stericycle en cuanto a atención al cliente, seguridad y conciencia medioambiental.

Experience (EMEAA):

Capacidad para demostrar el uso de buenas habilidades de venta, especialmente para escuchar, preguntar, resumir, ofrecer, negociar, cerrar y tratar las preocupaciones de los clientes. Conocimiento de los diferentes canales de venta en el entorno de mercado más amplio, especialmente la dinámica de los canales de venta directa y de terceros. Amplia perspicacia comercial con gran capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas. Trayectoria demostrable en el impulso del crecimiento de las ventas a nivel de cuentas nacionales. Demostrar capacidad para trabajar en un entorno matricial en estrecha colaboración con colegas de ventas en equipos internos, regionales y estratégicos, así como con operaciones, marketing, operaciones de ventas, finanzas, equipo de ofertas y seguridad y cumplimiento para alcanzar los objetivos empresariales. Capacidad para establecer y aprovechar relaciones por teléfono o cara a cara. Comprender y utilizar buenas habilidades de gestión de cuentas, comunicación, resolución de problemas, negociación y relaciones interpersonales. Capaz de comprender los sistemas informáticos relacionados con las ventas (Salesforce.com) y utilizarlos de forma eficaz para gestionar las oportunidades y la actividad de ventas. Gran capacidad de organización y planificación, con capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez y cumplir plazos exigentes de forma eficaz bajo presión y sin supervisión. Debe estar autorizado/a para trabajar en España. Preferiblemente estudios universitarios o experiencia similar en ventas.
