Key job responsibilities
• Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmaps to build the next generation of Alexa Shopping product.
• Develop a team of world-class product managers, providing guidance and direction to deliver the product vision and strategy.
• Own Alexa Shopping business outcomes including, but not limited to, driving Alexa Shopping’s engagement and economic contributions.
• Closely partner with Shopping, Alexa and AGI teams to align on roadmaps, balancing long-term planning with agility to deliver the maximum impact for Alexa Shopping business.
• Raise the bar on design quality and user research and enable the Alexa Shopping team to iterate and experiment quickly to deliver Shopping features on Alexa end-points.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field• Experience building businesses from the ground up
• Experience leading engineering and product teams
• Experience applying machine learning approaches to complex problems.
• Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers at scale
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to define product vision, roadmap, strategy and UX Design for a large product that serves millions of customers WW.• Ability to lead complex products that cut across many leaders in a large organization
• Experience in leading E2E product lifecycle with knowledge of software engineering practices & patterns for the full SDLC.
