Position Profile

As a corporate travel coordinator, you will provide day-to-day operational support related to the firm’s travel management program. This includes assistance with optimizing their travel operations; serving as the primary liaison to the firm’s corporate travel manager, and travel providers; overseeing travel-related issues; build and maintain relationships with our travel partners, including our travel management company, hotels, airlines, corporate housing and ground transportation providers, payment solutions, and travel tools.

Other responsibilities will include working closely with the firm’s learning and development team to assist with training groups, monitoring the firm’s business travel guidelines, including benchmarking and researching market trends, and assisting employees with the firm’s online booking tool.

Education and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of two years of experience in the business travel industry is required Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, customs, and travel tools (, Sabre, Concur, Passkey, travel dashboards) is necessary Extensive working knowledge of the travel management process and T&E reporting and processing are musts Candidates with proven attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with travel providers, and a demonstrated capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a customer service approach are highly sought-after Well-developed negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are a plus Proficiency with Excel is preferred
