Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience.

• Upload, download, and organize certified payroll and labor compliance documents using LCP Tracker and other software.
• Ensure all certified payroll is complete and processed weekly.
• Assist with DIR Uploads per project requirements.
• Assist with the timely submission of DAS 140/142 Apprentice documents.
• Assist with monthly document submissions to the project owners.
• Communicates with all Subcontractors regarding certified payroll/labor compliance documents are included and corrected, if needed.
• Prepare periodic status reports needed to release payments to subcontractors.
• Submit and complete all labor compliance documents and requirements for projects.
• Effectively communicate with internal team members and client liaison.
Non-Essential Duties:
• Provide training to other employees.
• Prepare periodic status reports needed to release payments to subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and make good judgement calls on priorities.
• Strong attention to detail required.
Travel Required: No travel is expected for this position.
Minimum Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 2+ years hands on experience in payroll processing and associated activities.
· ADP or other HRIS system experience.
· Experience with online payroll reporting (LCP Tracker and EMARS).
· Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
Preferred Education and Experience
· Associate’s degree in business or related field.
· 4+ years hands on experience in payroll processing and associated activities.
