As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client's market presence.

Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts.

In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional skills and make a lasting impact in the world of restoration.

 

Essential Job Functions:-

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

  • Proven experience in sales leadership in the Restoration Industry 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
