Community Manager

Convicts is looking for an experienced Community Coordinator or Manager in the media/publisher industry, to own and manage conversations across multiple social media platforms.
The Community Manager will be responsible for driving organic audience growth and engagement across all Convicts social channels, through regular interaction with followers and active outreach to potential influencers and brand advocates.
In addition to on-platform conversation management, the Community Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities where Convicts can join, participate and own conversations relevant to news and current affairs, trends and location-based recommendations through social listening and news analysis. Once identified, the Community Manager will work collaboratively with the content team to craft a Convicts-specific point of view and develop corresponding assets that drive conversation towards Convicts media channels.
The role will work within the Business & Audience Development team reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Experience:
- BA degree in Communications, Marketing, PR
- Previous hands-on experience managing or coordinating conversations across social media platforms including;
- YouTube
- Experience creating content for a media/publisher brand
- Experience coordinating email marketing programs
- Experience with audience listening and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in the following platforms;

- Hubspot
- Mailchimp
- Experience with Photoshop/ Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
