Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Specialist will manage sales tools, create compelling training materials, and lead onboarding and training sessions. With a strong focus on collaboration and analysis, work cross-functionally to streamline processes and turn data into actionable strategies that enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
Act as an administrator of various sales tools such as Preqin, Gong and Zoominfo. Specific tasks include: Managing user accounts Developing training materials and best practices Providing technical support and troubleshooting Offering one-on-one support Analyzing tool usage and performance metrics Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions for onboarding new sales hires. Organize comprehensive training sessions for the entire sales organization. Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce and deliver effective training content. Work collaboratively across departments to streamline and train on sales processes that impact other teams.Sales Operations/Analysis:
Analyze data from various sales tools to uncover actionable insights that can enhance sales performance. Monitor and compile reports on key sales metrics. Contribute to the development and optimization of sales processes and workflows. Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis efforts. Partner with the sales operations team to maintain data integrity and accuracy in sales reporting.Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in areas like sales enablement, sales, supporting sales teams, sales operations, education, or similar roles. An action-oriented individual with a knack for quick learning. Strong aptitude for assimilating and training others on new technologies. Ability to adapt swiftly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Clear and straightforward communication skills. Excellent presentation abilities. Proficiency in creating engaging content using PowerPoint. Analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis to derive actionable sales insights.
Education/Certifications
A Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business, Sales, Information Systems, Technology, Communications, Education, Finance, or an Associates Degree with relevant experience.

The estimated range for the role is $76,000 to $90,000.
