About the Position

Arizent is looking for two Sales Enablement Managers (or Senior Managers) for our Marketing Services team that will be responsible for promoting our advertising solutions, custom content, event sponsorships, and lead generation programs. This role works in close partnership with the sales team, creating sales and marketing assets, evaluating customer needs and feedback, and refining our services offerings in collaboration with the leadership of Marketing Services, Sales, and Content Strategy teams. This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Create sales assets and lead generation programs for the Marketing Services team to keep a steady stream of new business leads prioritized for the sales team
  • Build outbound lead programs using Linkedin automation programs for sales team members
  • Evaluate client and prospect feedback to refine our services, delivery model and pricing to be competitive with industry standards

Content Creation

  • Producing content that drives awareness and leads for our marketing services, including hosting webinars, writing blog posts, and disseminating newsletters to keep our prospects and clients informed.

Strategy and Planning

  • Oversee campaign plans for promoting Marketing Services, including content planning, paid media promotions, organic social, email programs and organic search engine optimization.
  • Creating an SLA with the sales team outlining commitments and accountability for success.

Qualifications

  • B2B marketing or sales strategy and planning
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience building integrated campaigns for advertising and marketing services
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to drive results
  • Comfort with Salesforce, Outreach.io/Salesloft, Linkedin ads and automation campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills to host and plan events, both virtual and in person
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects

  • Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Zoom Webinars, Cvent (Event Management platform), Brightspot (Website CMS), Outreach.io or Salesloft
