Is an active member of unit based/program leadership team.Work with dept administrator and clinician leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate department’s programs and services that support department goals and objectives. Participate in business planning, identifying personnel needs and resource requirements. Develop and implement support systems and processes that measure clinical and admin productivity, volume, revenue, clinical outcomes, patient and staff satisfaction or other work improvement indicators. Collaborate with other peers, staff, or services to determine best practices, desired outcomes and best method of achieving and reporting outcomes.
