What You Will Do
The Associate Business Development Manager collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering, to execute global go-to-market growth strategies, supporting internal and external stakeholders in developing and refining target market value propositions. They assist in launching business and product offerings, ensuring effective messaging for current and new customer segments. Additionally, they monitor progress and recommend strategic adjustments based on execution metrics.
- Conduct market research using voice of customer techniques to track trends and insights.
- Perform competitive analysis and share findings with the team.
- Gather data to support segmentation strategy.
- Support value proposition success through internal and external messaging.
- Develop execution plans for target markets and regions.
- Execute go-to-market plans and propose products and solutions based on feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing for effective promotions and revenue growth.
- Contribute to strategy delivery and cross-functional messaging.
- Collaborate on objectives and metrics with marketing.
- Measure and ensure strategy effectiveness in the market.
- Support channel and partner needs through messaging and collateral.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Ability to travel 10-25%.
