Key Responsibilities
  • Support global product strategy and execute business plans for launches, ensuring seamless transitions and timely updates.
  • Provide technical and application support for assigned products, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis for pricing strategies and market positioning, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management, to drive business growth.
  • Address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, providing exceptional support and service.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product development or a related field.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze datasets and create business cases.
  • Understanding of financials, including P&L statements, and new product development processes.
