Primary Responsibilities:

Providing patient related tasks such as collecting copaysScheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, routing referralsInventory of office suppliesAnswering and routing phone callsReviewing patient documentsSubmission of patient record requests

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years experience in a medical office2+ years experience in a medical office experience2+ years customer service experienceIntermediate experience with Microsoft office suite especially word

Ability to work independentlyStrong written and verbal skills
