Aveanna Care Coordinator Job Description

The Aveanna Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operations of AveannaCare. This position is responsible for assisting users by email, phone, computer, or in-person, adhering to Aveanna Core Values.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Receive and handle incoming calls and maintain punch and attendance entries within AveannaCare.
  2. Maintain and update Employee & Client Service Accounts in AveannaCare.
  3. Run AveannaCare reports and process data imports as needed, including in a SQL report environment.
  4. Adhere to payroll / billing cut offs and deadlines.
  5. Follow up with regional centers, families, and care providers as needed.
  6. Complete Special Incident Reports (SIRs) and follow through on SIR instructions per Regional Center guidelines.
  7. Resolve payroll / punch issues or concerns.
  8. Analyze, identify, and resolve issues relating to AveannaCare.
  9. Use professional communication and conflict resolution techniques as required.
  10. Evaluate data issues, report feedback, and observations in determining task priorities.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

The Aveanna Care Coordinator must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. A minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years is also required. Strong analytical and judgment skills, intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn Aveanna's proprietary software are essential. The ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
