Position Requirements
Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.A minimum of 2 years of equipment sales and/or remarketing experience
•A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives and plans
•Develop a robust broker book of business
•Manage the end to end broker and wholesale disposal process to maximize returns
•Present equipment packages and negotiate pricing
•Facilitate transfer of assets
•Point of contact for auction transactions
•Collaborate with field partners to determine the best disposal options (retail, broker, auction) based on financial analytics and industry trends
•Manage pricing strategies
•Subject matter expert for retail used equipment sales in support of the field sales team
•A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations
•Manage the disposal of $100M+ in construction equipment
•Excellent vendor management skills
•Great communication skills through all levels of the organization (front-line to Executive)
•Possess intermediate competencies with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
