What You Will Do

Maintain Supply Chain Powers & Control level metrics Create cadence and presentation to Senior leadership Manage complex business processes & process improvements Defines, designs and deploys CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Operating System strategy throughout Power & Controls Collins Supply Chain (Six-Sigma methodology. Drive process maturity improvements across the Supply Chain Domains Train and develop change leaders for the Company and empowers all employees to drive process improvements every day Support Annual Goal Alignment for Enterprise SC leadership Own SC CORE Site creation and maintenance Develop, drive, and report on the SC competency plan for CORE qualifications Lead special projects as needed Travel up to 10% to other locations as needed

What You Will Learn

Develop expertise in managing complex business processes, driving improvements, and implementing effective process enhancements. Define, design, and deploy the CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Operating System strategy across the Power & Controls Collins Supply Chain, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to drive excellence.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience  U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:

Experience using a wide variety of advanced continuous improvement methods and tools, particularly within business process environments Experience with all Microsoft products, Tableau and Alteryx CORE Expert, Green/Black Belt, Change Management certification Data analytical skills Ability to assimilate large amounts of data and present in an easy to digestible format.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
