As a **Manufacturing Operations Supervisor**, you will be responsible for coordinating staff and workflow to achieve customer schedules, motivating and driving a positive team work ethic, and leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Staff and Workflow: Ensure that staff are properly trained and equipped to meet customer demands, and that workflow is optimized to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Motivate and Drive Team Performance: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and drive team members to achieve their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and recognition.

Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, including experience in leading teams and driving performance.
  • Aerospace or Manufacturing Experience: Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment, including knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • SAP Experience: SAP experience, including knowledge of SAP systems and processes.
