- U.S. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, including experience in leading teams and driving performance.
- Aerospace or Manufacturing Experience: Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment, including knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- SAP Experience: SAP experience, including knowledge of SAP systems and processes.
