Client Service Representative - Weekly Pay - (Culver City, CA)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the face of the brand, working directly with customers in retail environments like promotional pods, kiosks, and events. You'll be responsible for providing a seamless experience for customers, from addressing inquiries to completing transactions. Key duties include:

  • Engage with Customers: Approach customers professionally, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Promote and Sell Products: Use your product knowledge and persuasive skills to drive sales and meet targets during promotional events.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address any customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Events Team: Work with the team to set up and manage event activities for a smooth and engaging customer experience.
  • Stay Product Informed: Be well-versed in product/service features to educate customers effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document customer interactions, sales, and relevant data in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. A willingness to learn is key
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay composed under pressure.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute positively.
