About the Role:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their storage needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions to sell packing and moving supplies.
  • Daily storage unit inspections will be a key part of your role, confirming inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
  • You will also be responsible for auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping to keep customers current with payments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between work locations and conduct other work-related business.
