Submit Purchase Request Forms, file expense reports and use Intact/Nexonia to manage all financial needs of Hospitality;
Manage Laundry & Dry Cleaning for Redemption, Pastoral Suite, Green Room, and Ron Carpenter Ministries, w/ invoices to accounts payable. Departments include: Kids, Production, Worship, Serve Central, Special Events, Pastoral Suite, and etc.;
Provide each ministry w/ their department requests
Assist with tracking and inputting information into CCB and Excel for new volunteers coming from Growth Track;

Research and understand training necessary for all Food Handlers and provide the resources needed for these volunteers to receive the required certifications.
Ensure there is a tracking system for volunteers to be trained in the different positions available in the Hospitality Department, and any volunteer who handles food is trained and certified
Manage and track inventory of all Greenville Hospitality. This includes but is not limited to placing orders for supplies, organizing kitchen area, CTR, Pastoral Suite, supply closets, and managing inventory of all items at Greenville;
Manage and  track inventory of all breakrooms at Greenville campus, including coffee supplies, disposables, kitchen supplies and condiments. Maintain a cleanliness in the breakrooms and be in contact with vending machine vendors for any problems and restocking;
Manage and track inventory of supplies needed in Green Room, Pastoral office and suite for Pastors Ron & Hope;
Create and maintain a system that ensures we have waivers on file for all outdoor vendors and volunteers participating in a Lounge & Hospitality related event;
Manage administrative responsibilities and be available for ALL special events such as conferences, special events, special Sunday services, holidays and special staff celebrations. Help with ensuring that the Hospitality team is covered and is fully functional with team members and hospitality needs/requests during these events. Locations may vary from Green Room, Pastoral Suite, & VIP Experience area 

Have the ability to communicate with several vendors at a time for budgets/estimates in preparation for a special event;
Ensure and have liability forms, permits and w-9 form for outside vendors and ensure they are compliant with Greenville and surrounding Counties and form of payment has been verified and approved;
Work and maintain a relationship with flower shops for Special events and requests (Twigs, etc.);
Work with Special Events department in the event that any Redemption Event or Conference is being permitted by Greenville or surrounding Counties;
Work with Special Events department and build VIP Experience hosting team for Special events and conferences;
Communicate and maintain updates with Greenville and surrounding counties and health departments for the commercial kitchen and kitchen related items;
Work with facilities to ensure that kitchen equipment is serviced all  buildings. For example: coffee machines, ice machines, walk-in fridge and freezer, dishwasher, ovens and fire safety hoods (as applied to Greenville). Ensure there is a schedule set up with facilities to maintain cleanliness of kitchen after event use and on regular basis;
Prepare in conjunction with Pastors’ Ron and Hope’s office Hospitality Gift Baskets for VIP guests for Special Events, Conferences and out-of-state events ( Staff Retreats, Marriage Conference, Power Couples, 212, Hope Conference, etc.) OR guests invited by the Carpenters for Sunday services or other occasions;
In conjunction with Pastors’ Ron and Hope’s office, maintain inventory of gifting supplies and gifts for leadership and special events for guests invited by leadership;
Understand that part of the job and responsibility is  that travel or overnight stays may be needed in order to fulfill Hospitality support for events & leadership. For example, Marriage Conference OR flying to San Jose for Conferences or events;

Help set up for different department and staff events and provide the different needs for food/beverages and snacks for any other Greenville-related event or needs.
Purchase/ pick up / deliver - Breakfast/Lunch/ dinner or snacks/beverages to Executives
Have a Sunday Morning Protocol that best fits needs of all areas

Maintain and upkeep consistent communication with volunteers to be scheduled through CCB for Sundays and special events;
Maintain a calendar that states important dates to help decorate the Green Room for all special events, holidays and celebrations.

Experience with high-level Administrative tasks, and clerical skillset
Must be available for all mandatory conferences and events, and staff meetings
Utilize Redemption’s project management programs like Asana, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Calendars, Intact/Nexonia & etc.
