Job Description:

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new Subaru dealership and are currently seeking a talented and motivated Automotive Sales BDC Manager to join our team. As the Sales BDC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our dealership's presence in the community and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Sales Business Development Center (BDC) operations to ensure effective lead management and customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor BDC staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversion rates, and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting, and closing ratios, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align BDC activities with dealership goals and initiatives.
- Stay informed about Subaru products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales BDC management or similar role required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and brand philosophy preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
