Ensure training materials are readily available Assists with the HouseWorkx training programs, including working on the truck for larger shows and assisting with the annual development of the design work Plan, schedule and conduct Ply Gem VSI Certified Installer classes Collaborate with business associates to develop new products and installation instructions for new and existing products Supports on-line training programs Works with all brands, sales, and marketing to drive traffic, education, and selling opportunities for continued growth and customer conversions Performs other duties as assigned Develop relationships with contractors and installers Represent warranty policy Support Territory Sales Managers to build/grow sales Comply with Company safety policy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education/experience required Minimum of five years experience in a building materials sales or training role Learning Management System experience preferred Ability to develop and successfully present training programs Must become a VSI-certified trainer within first year Should possess excellent organizational and creative skills and a high level of initiative Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Excellent collaboration and team building skills Thorough knowledge of and skill in using the Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of vinyl siding products and industry strongly preferred Must be a self-starter and have ability to work with limited supervision Highly organized and customer-focused Demonstrated construction skills to build training/demonstration walls Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Licensed driver Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish) Position requires extensive travel up to 80% and may vary throughout the year
