Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $60k

Position Overview:

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties.

Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
  • Prepare and analyze complex client billing
  • Create, edit, and process bills
  • Handle any billing corrections and e-billing coordination
  • Generate and review information in 3E
  • Act as liaison between different billing parties
  • Contact clients regarding outstanding issues
  • Assist with year-end close and reports
Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:
  • 1+ years of billing experience in the legal industry is preferred
  • 2+ years of billing experience
  • Elite billing software experience is highly preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
Education Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree is preferred
