Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Prebilling and Intake Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the intake and prebilling process for our ambulance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily mail, including deliveries, and ensure delivery to the proper recipient
  • Print and process claims, bills, and other forms on a daily basis
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, including paper, envelopes, and forms
  • Process medical record requests
  • Assist with and complete additional projects as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience in billing systems such as RescueNet Dispatch Billing and Zirmed/Waystar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
