ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service examples would be answering and transferring calls, following up on claims, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, billing clarifications, answering customer questions, quoting, writing new policies, and follow-up on requests.
- Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals.
- Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders.
- Complete 2 pre-employment assessments, about 15 minutes each.
- Complete employment applications and pass a background check.
- Participate in a virtual and an in-person interview.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and meet their needs.
- Maryland State Insurance licensing required.
