POSITION SUMMARY: The HVAC Preventive Maintenance Account Executive acts as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients. This role involves cultivating client relationships and identifying comprehensive mechanical service requirements, including plumbing, HVAC, and controls. The executive will assist clients in developing sustainable solutions while ensuring proposals align with both client and company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Establish strong client relationships to identify full mechanical service needs.
  • Maintain precise client records, tracking contract updates, pricing adjustments, and securing renewals.
  • Develop a sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual sales targets as set by the sales director.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities, creating client presentations that lead to successful project sales.
  • Accurately manage sales CRM data to reflect customer information, opportunity pipeline, and completed projects.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to effectively serve clients and represent company capabilities.
  • Continuously enhance skills to provide innovative solutions to clients and drive company revenue growth.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure services are delivered within agreed budgets and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer requirements and deliver outstanding service.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and explore new business improvement strategies.
  • Generate new client opportunities following the defined sales process and CRM guidelines as directed by management.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and margin goals along with other objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • 4+ years in the mechanical trade.
  • 4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 1+ years of estimating experience.
