Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team at One Fur All. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building lasting relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for the pet care industry.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth. Team Management Target new accounts Target new sales channels Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Manage outboundstrategy and tactics Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, customer relationship management, and account development. Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Develop and execute plans to enter new markets and establish One Fur All as a market leader. Sales Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, track KPIs, and make informed decisions. Implement measures to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 10+ years sales experience 5+ years sales management 3+ years outbound sales management Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pet care or consumer goods industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in CRMs preferably Salesforce Track record of successfully building and leading high-performing sales teams. Ability to travel as needed.
