Responsibilities:

TON EQUIPE ET TES MISSIONS CHEZ PEPSICO :

Au sein de lquipe Demand & Supply planning, tu es garant de latteinte des objectifs de service et de pilotage de stock dune catgorie de produit.

  • Tu as un rle dinterface et de coordination entre les quipes de la Supply Chain aval : Demand planning, Customer service et les quipes amont : Planification de production et dploiement.
  • Tu devras tassurer que les arbitrages pris permettent de maximiser la disponibilit produit, tout en minimisant les impacts sur le P&L de Pepsico France (Surcots de stockage, obsoltes et pnalits)
  • Tu auras galement la charge du suivi du cycle de vie des produits : des projections de stock et des impacts P&L associs.

Plus spcifiquement tes missions seront :

1. Garantir le service :

En cas dcart entre la demande client et le plan partag par les Supply Planner : coordonner la prise de dcision pour minimiser les risques sur le service et le P&L.

Communiquer les risques disponibilit produit aux quipes business et dployer les plans dactions associs avec les autres quipes de la Supply Chain (mise en place de quotas ; pilotage GPA ; gestion capacitaire)

2. Projeter les flux et stocks :

Donner de la visibilit aux quipes transport et distribution sur les capacits de flux et de stockage et animer les diffrents scnarios pour scuriser la disponibilit des produits et minimiser les impact P&L travers les instances hebdomadaires de pilotage.

3. Grer le cycle de vie des produits :

Lorsque des risques dobsolescence produits sont identifis, mettre en place les plans d'action ncessaires avec les quipes commerciales et les coordinateurs logistiques pour rduire les risques et le cas chant maximiser lcoulement des stocks.

4. Animation des KPI

Suivre et animer les indicateurs de performance cls de Pepsico France : IF, Obsoltes, DII. Analyser les causes racines, construire et animer les plans dactions associs avec les autres quipes Supply Chain.

5. Projets

Contribuer au dploiement et lamlioration des process du nouveau Way of Working : outils, communication,

Qualifications:

A PROPOS DE TOI :

Tu es notre candidat(e) idal(e) si tu es issue dune formation Bac+4 /Bac+5, type cole de commerce / cole dingnieurs, tu disposes dune premire exprience souhaite en stage en logistique.

Capacit danalyse, rigueur, autonomie, esprit dinitiatives, got pour les chiffres, aisance avec Excel, et esprit de synthse, sont des qualits ncessaires pour effectuer bien tes missions.

Tu matrises le franais et langlais loral et lcrit car tu seras tous les jours en contact avec nos partenaires francophones et notre supply chain est internationale.
