We are looking for a passionate and results-drivenCommercial Business Development Manager for our team inRatingen (Dusseldorf), Germany.If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and a track record of driving exceptional results, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact.PurposeAs the Commercial Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be securing future sales by identifying, developing, and implementing necessary changes and innovative sales approaches within the MWC/PAD domain. This encompasses proactive efforts to stay informed about local healthcare laws and legal requirements, adopting a forward-looking perspective to anticipate potential shifts that could influence our operations and strategically positioning the business for long-term growth and success.Key DutiesCollaborate with sales managers/sales reps to elevate sales performance in dedicated product segments.Innovate new sales approaches to ensure future success.Stay updated on legal changes in reimbursement and relevant healthcare areas, proposing proactive responses and leveraging them in collaboration with the Health Economics department.Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.Act as a strategic partner for sales managers/reps, exploring alternative business approaches.Coordinate and participate in local exhibitions.Contribute to new product launches by creating customer agreements for targets and discounts in collaboration with sales managers.Coordinate marketing activities in tandem with the marketing department.Assist Country Sales Managers/VP in strategic business planning.Conduct internal and external sales training sessions to enhance sales excellence.Ensure optimization of sales processes to meet customer expectations, currently focusing on cooperation with Italy (Progeo) and Sweden (Panthera).Qualifications and ExperienceTechnical and commercial education, with a proven sales background3-5 years of successful work experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the Rehabilitation or Med-Tech industry.Proven track record of defining and implementing sales strategies for business growth and successValid driver's license Fluent in German and EnglishProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwarePersonal traits:Strong customer focusLeadership skills and methodologiesIntercultural understandingConflict management abilitiesIf you are a dynamic leader who is passionate about customer service and possesses the qualifications and competencies outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
