**Regional Field Sales Manager (m/w/d) (Homeoffice)**

**IHRE AUFGABEN:**

* Verantwortung fr das Erreichen von Verkaufszielen und Erhhung des Marktanteils im Bereich Industrie und Handwerk, insbesondere fr Sicherung, berspannungs- sowie Blitzschutz (NH Sicherungen, Sicherungsschaltleisten, UL Sicherungen)

* Identifizierung und Neugewinnung von Kunden durch hohe berzeugungskraft, inbes. Schaltanlagenbauer, OEM-Maschinenbauer, Elektroinstallateure, Endverbraucher, elektrische Versorgungseinrichtungen

* Betreuung des vorhandenen Kundenstamms

* Beobachtung von Marktrends, Wahrnehmen und Erfllung von Kundenbedrfnissen in der DC Distribution fr Industrie 4.0

* Beratung existierender und potenzieller Kunden ber die Vorzge und den Einsatz von MERSEN Produkten sowie technischen Komplettlsungen

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Schaltschrank-/Schaltanlagenbau

* Erstellung von Analysen ber den vorhandenen Kundenbedarf

* Erarbeitung produktbezogener Aktionsplne

* Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Messen und Veranstaltungen

**IHR PROFIL:**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik (alternativ abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Techniker-/Meisterausbildung)

* Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Elektroschutz fr die Stromverteilung

* Erfahrung mit Sicherungen oder Leistungsschaltern oder Sicherungslasttrennschaltern

* Kenntnisse ber IEC-Produkte und Installationsstandards

* Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsauendienst sowie Erfahrung im Vertrieb von technischen Produkten von Vorteil

* berzeugendes Auftreten, Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fhigkeiten

* Hohe Mobilitt und Flexibilitt, Kundenbegeisterung und Freude am Verkaufen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
