Job DescriptionJob Description

Stark Tech is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager (NSM) to join the Lithtech team This position is responsible for assisting VP of Sales in streamlining the sales channel for end user utility customers to include training the sales channel. In addition, the role is to manage, support and generate new business and ensure sales targets are met. NSM will work with the Manufacture Reps, Distributors and Utilities in the assigned area to successfully meet this objective.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a technical engineering focus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in working with various sales channels to support sales objectives and strategic plans set forth by upper management.
  • Utility Market and Utility Sales Knowledge.
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing a sales channel, department/ and or manufacture reps.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written presentations skills in both the face to face and virtual setting.
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe, at the time of posting, to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry, and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Total compensation for this position includes base salary plus commissions.
