The Sales Director is responsible for leading, managing, directing, and coordinating all sales related activities necessary to achieve profitability, long-term growth, and stability of the business The primary objective is to define and drive strategic sales initiatives that establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer base, coordinate sales campaigns, manage and develop the sales team, and represent, support, and promote assigned vendor products Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring goals are met or exceeded Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to continually feed Star Blends' sales funnel Track sales KPI's and make adjustments as needed Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share Manage relationships with key independent consultants Manage and organize our CRM database Review financial statements, CRM sales, activity reports, and other performance data Direct and coordinate budget activities to determine equipment sales revenues, maximize resources, and increase efficiencies Participate in industry related events such as conferences and trade shows Provide monthly/quarterly updates related to budget and forecast Foster professional growth for self and others Company Vehicle + Technology Paid Time Off 401(K) w/ Company Match Incentive Program Educational Assistance Program & Paid Training Opportunities Employee Assistance Program Fun and Flexible Work Environment Qualifications

The Role:

The Sales Director is responsible for leading, managing, directing, and coordinating all sales related activities necessary to achieve profitability, long-term growth, and stability of the business. The primary objective is to define and drive strategic sales initiatives that establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer base, coordinate sales campaigns, manage and develop the sales team, and represent, support, and promote assigned vendor products.

Your Contributions: • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring goals are met or exceeded • Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to continually feed Star Blends' sales funnel • Track sales KPI's and make adjustments as needed • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share • Manage relationships with key independent consultants • Manage and organize our CRM database • Review financial statements, CRM sales, activity reports, and other performance data • Direct and coordinate budget activities to determine equipment sales revenues, maximize resources, and increase efficiencies • Participate in industry related events such as conferences and trade shows • Provide monthly/quarterly updates related to budget and forecast • Foster professional growth for self and others
