We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads and expand our client base through outbound sales calls and other proactive strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries and market segments.

Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their level of interest and suitability.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.

Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and secure appointments or sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead status using CRM software.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in outbound sales or business development role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.

Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
