Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand OTSAW’s reach in target market Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business objectives and revenue targets Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective channel partner programs, promotions, and sales initiatives Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement resources to channel partners to ensure successful product adoption and sales execution Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, sales trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth Analyze business database, market potential and identify business opportunity. Assist in conducting market research and strategizing unique business position. Manage channel marketing materials and knowledge distribution. Engage Partners to extract the end client’s technical and business drivers in an effort to improve the company’s position in partner sourced sales opportunities. Develop and manage pro-active competitive strategies and targeted Partner campaigns Collaborate with regional team members to foresee and avoid potential service issues. Provide support to field sales in improving conversion rate. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of new business development experience in healthcare/logistics industry with good record on success. Good interpersonal, communication skills and command in English. Excellent analytical skill through rationale, logical and creative thinking. Proficiency in database application, presentation and report writing. High level of self-driven, success oriented and resourcefulness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Hubspot and Odoo Willing to travel Apply Online
