Position: Sales Executive
Location: Remote Nationwide
Employment Type: Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Present and explain insurance policies to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within assigned territories.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
