This position will focus on developing new relationships within the solar energy and electrical industries to grow the company’s North American sales channel. This position works closely with Sales, Product Training, and Corporate Marketing.
Key Responsibilities Include
Identify and target key sales channels to achieve revenue goals.
Build a network of solar and electrical channel partners in select geographical markets.
Develop sales strategies with channel partners to win profitable business.
Present, discuss, educate, and train channel partners on Exro’s energy storage products to develop access to new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
Conduct regular customer visits to engage in selling activities and develop a trusted relationship.
Understand and analyze the current and future competitive landscape.
Remain updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Effectively communicate these implications to all stakeholders..
Credentials & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience working with a technology hardware provider focused on channel sales.
Experience in marketing and sales in the Commercial & Industrial alternative energy or energy efficiency industries.
Experience in clean energy technologies preferred.
Experience working directly with solar and electrical contractors a key asset.
Proven track record of consistently delivering against sales quota & key sales objectives.
Engaging, confident and positive in-person and telephone personality.
Self-motivated individual with strong oral & written communication skills, whom also exhibits the ability to thrive in a high growth environment that is customer focused.
Passionate for the clean energy technology sector.
Enthusiastically spread the word about Exro’s patented energy storage product portfolio.
