What you will be doing As the Sales Enablement Senior Director, you will drive global Enterprise’s strategy around Knowledge Management and the curriculum for Global Enterprise’s specific learning requirements and RFP responses to enable the commercial and support functions to achieve their financial goals. Reporting directly to the SVP of Go To Market you will manage a highly talented team of around 20, from Directors to Analysts across our Sales Enablement function. • You will plan, manage and oversee the Knowledge Management, L&D and RFP for Global Enterprise, evaluating, analysing and formulating strategies to enable our commercial teams to achieve targets and differentiate in the market, providing business intelligence and strategic planning support • Define, research and evaluate best in class Knowledge Management strategies to consolidate content across Global Enterprise in an easily accessible way. Identifying SMEs and timelines to deliver updated content as needed • Analyse requirement areas to put together a Learning and Development Plan Curriculum adapted to our Global Enterprise needs around Skills, Processes and Content, together with a process to measure success and progress • You will bring expertise or leverage subject matter experts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and business strategies based on company and external data analysis • Engage with critical stakeholders from across the business, e.g., Business Development, Relationship Management, Marketing, Partner Management, Product, and Engineering • You will direct planning and preparation of business proposals and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities • Ensure policies and procedures align with corporate vision • Select, develop and evaluate personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function What you bring • Substantial expertise within the Merchant Payments industry, and a specialist in go-to-market and sales • You will be a strong proactive change manager with the ability to deliver on new objectives, with the buy-in from senior management stakeholders • You have been central to wide-ranging strategic decision-making processes and are comfortable making choices and assessing trade-offs • You have a good analytical pedigree, strong project management skills and an ability to develop, lead and execute complex initiative • You are a confident communicator and networker, with good influencing skills What we offer you • A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities • Time to support charities and give back in your community • A fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeing • A broad range of professional education and personal development opportunities • A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
