Field Sales Manager

Job Description: D F Wireless, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within our Metro by T-Mobile locations. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, and fostering strong relationships with store personnel. Your strategic guidance and leadership will play a critical role in the success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Drive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively lead the sales team and remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in field sales, sales management, or telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
