Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our Talent Assessment Platform that helps recruiters and managers make hiring decisions, while providing candidates an exceptional experience. This person will be leading the future of our product offerings and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that revolutionize the talent acquisition industry.

The target compensation range for this position is 130-150k annually. EST or CST time zone preferred.

Responsibilities:

Define, develop and execute the product roadmap for the Talent Assessment Platform aligned with the product strategy and overall company vision and objectives. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to effectively manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure the teams are working on the most impactful items. Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch while partnering with engineering, design, sales and marketing teams to ensure product success. Clearly articulate the product value propositions, key features and competitive advantages to stakeholders and customers. Define and track key product performance data and customer feedback to optimize the product offerings, assess the success of product initiatives and drive data-driven decision making.

Product Process: The capacity to develop a deep understanding of the problem space to discover proactive solutions and improvements that ensures successful product development and delivery. Product Knowledge: The capability to become a subject matter expert in the product, target population needs and product uses, industry and domain trends, and business acumen.

You have 5+ years of product management experience You have experience in agile development processes You have strong data analysis and decision making skills You are an excellent communicator and have solid presentation skills You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent experience. Experience in HR tech or Talent Acquisition tech is an advantage.
