TITLE: Video Production Coordinator
WORKING HOURS: M-F 8-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
WORK SETTING: Hybrid 1 day in-office, 4 remote (may require additional days in-office)
JOB TYPE: Contract
LOCATION: Nashville, TN

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Video Production Coordinator will be an integral part of the Creative Services team providing expertise and support in video production for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Communications.
This role will be responsible for gathering assets, creating production timelines, organizing data, managing, and tracking approvals, communicating video and motion graphic specifications and ensuring compliance, delivering finals and other duties associated to video production with a focus on the Denver market rebrand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain graphic design and brand standards while subsequently ensuring that the work adheres to a high level of excellence.
Utilize design resources and follow guidelines across the organization.
Collaborate on architecture and visual identity systems with manager, clients, and stakeholders.
Create visuals for executive-level presentations that communicate a variety of viable options that are well thought out and strategic.
Synthesize complex data into consumable and easy to digest visuals.
Review environmental designs, including signage for adherence to brand guidelines.
Understand the strategies and priorities of multiple areas of the business and use that understanding to explain how their design solutions can enhance the clients business objectives.
Assess and evaluate existing systems to implement and recommend improvements.
Be able to gather reference and notes quickly, to spec, and keep them organized.
Assist vendors, development teams or other business teams when appropriate.
Stay current with design industry trends and be knowledgeable with basic design principles.
Follow guidelines for file organization and naming conventions.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently to problem solve while also working with a team for collaboration.

QUALITIES:
Data Organization
Proficiency in providing and maintaining clear and concise organization and structure of digital data, including video and photo files, project files, etc.
Deep knowledge of video and photo files, including industry standard formats, encoding, resolutions, codecs, naming conventions, aspect ratios and more.
Process & Workflow
Ability to create and implement efficient processes and workflows in a complex and shifting environment.
Ability to anticipate production and needs and provide forward-thinking solutions to deliver top-of-the-line processes.

Professional:
Must have working knowledge in all aspects of creative video production, particularly related to video/photo capture, post-production and media management.
Ability to monitor post-production processes to ensure efficiencies and timeliness of work, including project start and final delivery.
Communication:
Candidate must be able to clearly communicate with a wide variety of personalities and flex approach using various styles to meet the need of the project. An ability to communicate creative and technical needs in the field of video production is essential.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in production, film, or similar focus, or work equivalency.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, in-house marketing team or similar entities.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects required.
Proficiency in digital media asset management software (such as Frame I/O, Dropbox, FTP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as project management applications (such as Workfront).
